general
- client is responsible to deliver adequate references ( the more the better)
- i have the right to decline a request if i feel it does not align with my moral standing

- no feeding into ai/using for nft
- no using art for any hate speechownership and copyright
- artwork created will remain intellectual property of the artist and may be used for personal uses (using as profile picture, posting on social media)
- artwork is not allowed in commercial or merchandising use.
- art will have additional charges of double the price if used commercially. still credit me as the artist
- claiming the artwork as your own is prohibited
- the client agrees not to use the artwork in ways that violate copyright laws and basic human moralspayment & refund policy
- payments can be made full upfront, or 50% after a sketch has been made and 50% before the final artwork is delivered
- for discord goods payments, it will have to be 100% upfront after a messy sketch is delivered
- refunds not available after work has begunturn around time and delivery
- usually it takes 4 days to a 1 week only
- but deadline of the art will be discussed before starting
- delays may occur due to personal reasons but the client will be notified
- rush orders require additional fees and are subject to availability
- art will be delivered through email/google drive/mega link

by commissioning me, the client hereby acknowledges the terms of service, therefore has read and understood, and is willing to proceed with the commission

process

> message me if you are interested, include; type of commission you want and adequate references (pose you want, character reference sheet or art(s) of character for reference)
> wait for my confirmation
> i message you of whether i accept or have to decline your request
> if i accept, a messy sketch will be delivered in not more than 48 hours, if not honored, do not hesitate to reach out and ask me about your commission
> you receive the messy sketch and message me for confirmation, else i will not proceed
> client has a limit of 3 revisions during the sketch phase, do not hesitate to voice out what you would like to change
> client will pay either 50% of the price or full payment!
> i will proceed with the lineart and coloring
> during the coloring stage client has a limit of 2 revisions and after which i will proceed with the rendering and polishing
> no major revisions during the final stage such as changing the pose, asking for something to be included/excluded
> i will message you when i am ready to send the finish product it will either be through email, a google drive link or a mega link! (your choice for your convenience)
> client pays the other 50% of payment if not already fully paid
> i send the artwork ! you receive your commission!!note: this will be the general gist of how it will go! it will be subject to both client and the artist's availability so i ask for patience and understanding on both our parts!
